Just contact us with details of jacket you want to get stitched, we can stitch any style of jacket in any color. We just require 3, to 4 images of jacket from different angles. We are constantly introducing new styles and developing products to meet the specific, changing needs of our customers.

Can I make a change after I've placed my order?
Changes may be made after an order is submitted but within one business day. Our system is designed to fill orders and get them on their way as quickly as possible. As a result, we are unable to cancel or make any changes after one business day to an order once it has been placed.

Your Order Confirmation email details the price of each item, shipping charges and your order number.
Why I am being asked to pay the restocking fees?
As a small business, we have to pay the workers to re-stock the returned items & repack them for shipping again.

All of our jackets are ship worldwide(except Russian Federation); Our customers are surprised by our low shipping rates by DHL, FedEx & Skynet.

You can buy any jacket by signing in as guest but to help us assist you better in the future, please register as a customer on our site. Simply access "Account Registration" on the "My Account" page.
How do I access my account history?
If you have registered for an account with Leather Jacket Showroom , you may access that information on the "My Account" page. Simply enter your User ID and password on Customer Care Page to access your purchase history, address book, and reminder information.
Where do you get your leather?
Our leather is an agricultural by-product. We purchase the raw hides and apply tanning process to transform them into beautiful leather apparel and accessories.
