Return Policy

At Leather Jacket Showroom we have been standing behind our quality for over 5 years and you can wear your jacket with pride for sure. For all customers located worldwide, we inspect each piece carefully before being shipped. Your satisfaction is very important to us. In case of Return or Exchange jacket must be returned in original packing and condition with tags attached, we offer 30 days money back or exchange guarantee. Please note that the buyer is responsible for the both way postage, so we would suggest again to please ensure that you are buying the right-sized item.

Custom made items and special orders are not returnable or exchangeable. These items are specially made for you and cannot be returned however alterations can be made to them after paying very nominal charges usually varying between $5 to $15 plus both sides shipping, depending on the alteration required. Buyers will also be charged a $25 restocking fee for every returned item. As a small business we need to charge this fee for the expense we bear for repackaging & restocking the un-used returned items.

We strongly recommend buyers to double check their requested size while placing an order. Due to different sizing standards currently present worldwide, buyers can tend to select wrong size by mistake. We process all orders strictly to buyers selected size and colors. Worn or altered items are also not returnable. Therefore, it's especially important that jackets are inspected upon receipt. Please contact us prior to returning/exchanging an item. We will give you a return approval to ensure that your return/exchange is accepted.

No refund/ return will be issued to the customer ordering more than two products at a single time. This is to ideally restrict the practice of generation of a resale value and return the product in case there is no sale. This is also to discourage the practice of ordering different products for trial and selecting only one.
